PART II: Contribution of the Organization to The Work Of The United Nations

Year 2008: January-December. Our NGO participated in the work of the United Nations
 1) Forty-sixth Session of the Commission for Social Development 6 to 15 February 2008  held in United Nations, New York, by our NGO hosted SIDE EVENT of a workshop on the Theme: Providing Economic Upliftment & Employment to craftsmen and weavers in Orissa , Three representatives of our NGO from India, Nepal & USA participated
2) Our NGO participated as registered  Observer, for the Seventh Session of the Permanent Forum on Indigenous Issues, from 21 April to 2 May 2008 being held in United Nations, New York. 3) Our NGO representatives attended the 16th Session of the Division for Sustainable Development United Nations Department of Economic and  Social Affairs Division for Sustainable Development for CSD, held on 5 -16 May 2008 in United Nations, New York.
3a) Our NGO President & 2 Representatives participated in the ECOSOC Innovation Fair June to 3rd from 30th by exhibition stall. Our NGO President was a speaker from Civil Society at the Annual Ministerial Review on 2nd Round Table debate on 1st Ministerial Review (AMR). (AMR) for 2008 Review of "Implementing the internationally agreed goals and commitments in regard to sustainable development "
 July2008 at AMR Civil Society Pavilion at United Nations Building New York 
 July 2008 at the High Level segment of ECOSOC at the United Nations NY and at the 
 July 2008 of the Development Cooperation Forum (DCF) and the Annual 
4) To support the Millennium Development Goal 6, to combat AIDS, Malaria & other diseases; & Goal 7, Ensure Environmental Sustainability our NGO organised the 22nd & Spirituality at “Cultural Centre of Russia” Mumbai Republic of India on 19-20 January 2008.Over  180 delegates from 8 countries attended. Focus Theme: Saving Planet Earth: Peace, Environment, Health & Sanitation. Target 8 of Goal 6 was focused on. New methods to combat Malaria were presented; Target 10 of Goal 7 was focused on, including Water purification for rural villages’ wells to provide safe drinking water, for supporting the General Assembly Thematic Debate on MDGs, Panel discussion on Health, being held on 1st without adequate investments in the systems that deliver better health” (SILVER JUBILEE 2008 WORLD CONGRESS Brochure & Malaria books presentations are available ).(above points 1-4 are included in our Quadrennial Report of May 2008)
5 Our NGO attended meetings held in Mumbai by MUNA ( Maharashtra United Nations Organisation during the period June to December 2008.
6. Maharashtra United Nations Association (MUNA) organised on 6th at India, Mumbai at Raj Bhavan of United Nations Day. Theme: Peace & Communal Harmony. H E Governor S C Jamir attended as Chief Guest. Our NGO head participated in this event.
7. On 7-11th participated for 5 days and produced 8 films on MDGs. Our NGO representative attended.
8. On 10th school focusing on Children’s rights. Our NGO’s President participated as an invited Speaker.

Year 2009 January to December:
1) To support the Millennium Development Goal 6, to combat AIDS, Malaria & other diseases; & Goal 7, Ensure Environmental Sustainability our NGO organised the 23rd WORLD CONGRESS of Science & Spirituality at “Cultural Centre of Russia” Mumbai, Republic of India on 16 -17 January 2009.Over 100 delegates from 6 countries, mainly from Russia  and India, attended. Focus Theme: Saving Planet Earth: Women’s Co-operation, Peace, Environment, Health, Ancient Avestan wisdom & Vedic Vastu methods for Peace Promotion & Environmental balancing were discussed.6 women from Russia attended to promote concept of uise of Amber for Health. Target 8 of Goal 6 was focused on. New methods to combat Malaria were presented; Target 10 of Goal 7 was focused on, including Water purification for rural villages’ wells to provide safe drinking water, for April, 2008, for MDG 6, “ recognizing that objectives cannot be achieved
November 2008 MUNA organised MDG YOUTH SUMMIT -300 foreign youth delegates 
December 2008 MUNA organised Observance of Human Rights Day at Ryan International  supporting the General Assembly Thematic Debate on MDGs, for MDG 6, “recognizing that objectives cannot be achieved without adequate investments in the systems that deliver better health” ( 23rd CONGRESS 2009 Brochure & books presentations are available )
2 .6-9 July 2009 in Switzerland, Geneva- our NGO participated in the 2009 Annual Ministerial Review (AMR) of the Economic and Social Council focusing on "implementing the internationally agreed goals and commitments in regard to global public health". Our NGO recommended the ESTABLISHMENT of an OPEN 
 INTERNATIONAL RESEARCH UNIVERSITY through UN/ ECOSOC /WHO/UNESCO /UNICEF. Our NGO contributed its paper for the AMR in May 2009, recommending the establishment of a Global University backed by the United Nations ECOSOC and WHO for research in healthcare, preventive health measures, drugless therapy methods for global public health improvement. For HEALTH & WATER PURIFICATION and for PREVENTION and ERADICATION of 
MALARIA, & WATERBORNE DISEASES, our NGO can offer to provide the Kazakhstan Water Purification Technology. This technology can provide CLEAN DRINKING WATER for rural and urban populations.
3. On 7 April 2009 our NGO participated in the meeting organised by MUNA in India Mumbai to celebrate World Health Day.
4. On 8-9 April 2009 MUNA organised a Meeting for Observance of World Health Day in India Mumbai, on theme of Disaster Management.
5. On 10 December 2009 MUNA organised “Observance of Human Rights Day” with Orphanage Vatsalya, with a special show for the orphanage children and distribution of sweets and foodstuffs Our NGO’s Head participated as an invited speaker. 
 
Year 2010 January – December :
1) To support the Millennium Development Goal 6, to combat AIDS, Malaria & other diseases; & Goal 7, Ensure Environmental Sustainability our NGO organised 
the 24th WORLD CONGRESS of Science & Spirituality at “Cultural Centre of Russia” Mumbai, Republic of India, on 30-31 January 2010.Over 100 delegates from 7 countries, mainly from India, attended. 29 persons contributed Research Thesis on topics relating to Millennium Goals. Focus Theme: Saving Planet Earth: Peace, Environment, Health, Ancient Avestan wisdom & Vedic Vastu methods for Peace Promotion & Environmental balancing were discussed. Target 8 of Goal 6 was focused on. New methods to combat Malaria were presented; Target 10 of Goal 7 was focused on, including Water purification for rural villages’ wells to provide safe drinking water, for supporting the General Assembly Thematic Debate on MDGs, for MDG 6, “recognizing that objectives cannot be achieved

2. To uphold International Human rights, as enshrined in the U N Charter, our NGO filed a Writ Petition in the High Court of Judicature in Bombay in August 2010 to defend a Russian national whose Freedom of Conscience and other Human rights had been grossly violated by a bunch of barbarians in India; and won the case in 2011, by gaining a Police protection Order for him and others concerned .
3. Our NGO has registered its three representatives, including one speaker to attend the 'Informal Interactive Hearings of the General Assembly with Non-governmental organizations, Civil Society organizations and the Private sector from 14-15 June 2010 at UN Headquarters in New York..
4. Our NGO has submitted our Written Statement for an Action Plan for the informal interactive hearings and for our representative to speak at the round table discussion themes on 14-15 June 2010 at UN Headquarters in New York.
5. Our NGO has participated in event held in India, Mumbai on 8 March 2010 celebrating International Women’s day.
6. On 11 April 2010 in Mumbai India, MUNA organised a big rally of about 1000 people from Hotel Trident to celebrate World Health day. Our NGO some members attended and participated in the Rally.
7. As per Report provided by our NGO main Representative in New York, she attended the following Meetings in New York in support of the work of the UN. 5 to 10 February 2010 Meeting on Commissions on Social Development.. 3 and 4 March 2010- 54th Session of the Commissions on the Statue of Women. 13 to 15 April 2010 - 43rd Session of the Commissions on the Population and Development. 9th December 2010 . - Crime prevention and Criminal Justice.
 
Year 2011 January – December
 1) To support the Millennium Development Goal 6, to combat AIDS, Malaria & other diseases; & Goal 7, Ensure Environmental Sustainability our NGO organised the 25th WORLD CONGRESS of Science & Spirituality(Silver Jubilee of World Congresses) at “Cultural Centre of Russia” Mumbai, Republic of India, on 29-30-31 January 2011.Over 150 delegates from 7 countries, mainly from India, and some from Russia, Germany, Iran, Nigeria, Kazakhstan, Sri Lanka attended. 33 persons contributed Research Thesis on topics including relating to Millennium Goals. Focus Theme: Saving Planet Earth: Peace, Environment, Health, Ancient Avestan wisdom & Vedic Vastu methods for Peace Promotion & Environmental balancing were discussed. Target 8 of Goal 6 was focused on. New methods to combat Malaria were presented; Target 10 of Goal 7 was focused on, including Water purification for rural villages’ wells to provide safe drinking water, for supporting the General Assembly Thematic Debate on MDGs, for MDG 6, “recognizing that objectives cannot be achieved without adequate investments in the systems that deliver better health”. 2. As per Report provided by our NGO main Representative in New York, she attended the following Meetings in New York in support of the work of the UN. 22 February to 3rd March 2011 - 55th Session of the Commissions on the Statue of Women. 11 to 15 April 2011 - UN Commissions on Population and Development; 4 to 13 May 2011 UN Commissions on Sustainable Development. June -- Informal Joint event of ECOSOC with the peacebuilding Commotions on promoting durable peace and Sustainable development in Sudan and South Sudan. 9 December 2011. - Special event on Cyber Security. One of our NGO’s research persons had submitted his thesis on the subject of Cyber Crimes- The Emerging Challenges in May 2011 which was forwarded to UN in New York. 
3. Work of FAO was supported through research done through our NGO, and report titled IMPACT OF SOYBEAN ON GLOBAL ECONOMY – ( FOR F A O: INDIA’S CONTRIBUTION TO GLOBAL FOOD CRISIS AND SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT )
